Rachel has nurtured her artistic ability throughout her life. Whilst studying Fine Art, her practice was largely based around figurative oil painting, exploring how to represent flesh and form onto the canvas. After graduating from university, Rachel redirected her creative skills from art to beauty, and trained to become a cosmetic tattooer. 15 years later, the results of her work demonstrate a distinct and innovative approach to cosmetic and medical tattooing, from a seasoned practitioner.

“As a student, I had my eyebrows tattooed and the results were incredibly disappointing. However, this dissatisfaction planted the seed for my future: in 2008 I trained to become a cosmetic tattooer, and I've worked on thousands of faces ever since. Having collected many body art tattoos throughout the years, in 2015 I was accepted onto a traditional tattoo apprenticeship. Then in 2017, I became certified in areola restoration and medical tattooing. I believe my portfolio reflects my diverse experience, and this versatility facilitates my ability to be a uniquely creative practitioner.”
